摘要
中央空调系统集成化程度高,故障在相互关联的功能和结构中传播,但是设计阶段的功能和结构的关系模糊,故障传播对可维修性设计的影响难以评估。为了定量评价故障传播对中央空调系统可维修性设计的影响,在功能设计和结构设计的映射过程中加入了原理域,建立“功能-原理-结构”(Function-principle-structure,FPS)多域矩阵,使用模糊综合评价量化矩阵中的影响关系,建立故障传播风险评估模型,通过变更传播管理(Change propagation management,CPM)算法评估故障传播的综合风险。通过比较相同的故障在不同设计方案中传播的综合风险,帮助设计师选择可维修性较高的设计。
The central air-conditioning system has a high degree of integration,and the fault propagates in the interrelated functions and structures,however,the relationship between function and structure in the design stage is fuzzy,and the influence of fault propagation on maintainability design is difficult to evaluate.To quantitatively evaluate the influence of fault propagation on the maintainability design central air conditioning system,principle domain is added to the mapping process of function design and structure design of the system,and the"function-principle-structure"multi-domain matrix is established.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to clarify the influence relationship in the quantitative matrix,and the fault propagation risk assessment model is established.The change propagation management algorithm is used to evaluate the comprehensive risk of fault propagation.By comparing the comprehensive risk of the same fault propagating in different design schemes,designers can choose the design with a higher maintainability.
