近年来受全球化、城市化、气候变化影响,登革热(dengue fever)在全球传播范围扩大。世界各地流行地区大规模暴发疫情,非流行地区旅行者感染病例逐渐增多,对公共卫生构成巨大威胁,我国登革热防控面临诸多挑战。本文总结了登革病毒的病原学特点、全球及我国登革热的流行情况,并阐述登革热现有的防控措施及挑战。

Globalization, urbanization, and climate change contribute to the global spread of dengue fever in recent years. This has led to large outbreaks in areas where the disease is already common, as well as an increasing number of cases among travelers in areas where the disease is not typically found. As a result, dengue fever now poses a significant risk to public health. The prevention and control of dengue fever in China encounter numerous challenges. We provide a concise overview of the pathogenic properties, the historical and current global and domestic status of dengue fever, the current prevention and control strategies and the associated difficulties.
