摘要
本文以湖北某高镁磷尾矿为研究对象,采用正浮选开路工艺进行浮选回收白云石试验,考察了磨矿细度,抑制剂、调整剂、捕收剂用量,加药顺序,分段浮选对浮选效果的影响。试验结果表明:通过一段粗选五段精选,最终得到MgO品位为20.15%,回收率为48.92%的镁精矿,获得较好的浮选指标,为高镁磷尾矿的回收利用提供参考。
In this paper,taking a high-magnesium phosphate tailing in Hubei province,the open circuit process was used to investigate the test of grinding fineness,the amount of inhibitor,adjusting agent,catching agent,dosing sequence and segmented flotation on the flotation effect.The test results show that the magnesium concentrate with MgO grade is 20.15%and the recovery rate is 48.92%,which obtains the good flotation index and provides a reference for the recovery and utilization of high magnesium phosphate tailing.
