摘要
本文采用“一锅法”制备三唑啉酮,并对其合成工艺进行优化。以盐酸苯肼为原料,经过中和反应和加成-环合反应生成三唑啉酮,平均产率达92%。本文所得最优工艺条件具有良好的重现性和稳定性,更具有工业化的应用潜力,能够为工业化生产提供理论依据。
In this paper,triazolinone was prepared by“one pot method”,and its process was optimized.Triazolinone was synthesized from phenylhydrazine hydrochloride by neutralization reaction and addition cyclization reaction with an average yield of 92%.The optimal process conditions obtained in this paper have good reproducibility and stability,and have more industrialized application potential,which can provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
