基于CNKI数据库分析升麻及相关化学成分的研究现状

摘要 为深入了解我国升麻的研究现状及发展趋势,本文通过中国知网(CNKI)检索了2003年-2023年与升麻研究有关的文献,利用数据库自带的可视化分析功能并结合excel等软件,对检索到的文献进行分析。结果表明:升麻及其相关化学成分的研究成果丰富。从发文量年度分布来看,升麻及其相关化学成分的研究文献呈现上升的趋势,研究人员对升麻的关注越来越多。从研究热点来看,目前的研究者的关注点主要集中在升麻化学成分的分离提取及其药理作用的研究,比如抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗骨质疏松等。本研究为升麻未来的研究方向提供科学依据,并为其在医学领域的应用提供有利的参考。 In order to gain a deeper understanding of the current research status and development trends of Cimicifuga Foetida in China,literatures related to Cimicifuga Foetida were researched from 2003 to 2023 through the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).The database's built-in visualization analysis function and software such as Excel were used to analyze the retrieved literature.The results indicated that there were rich research achievements on Cimicifuga Foetida and its related compounds.From the annual distribution of publications,the research literature on Cimicifuga Foetida and its related chemical components showed an upward trend,and researchers were paying more and more attention to Cimicifuga Foetida.From the perspective of research hotspots,the current focus of researchers is mainly on the separation and extraction of chemical components from Cimicifuga Foetida and the study of their pharmacological effects,such as anti-tumor,anti-virus,and anti-osteoporosis.This study provided scientific basis for the future research direction of cohosh and provided strong reference for its application in the medical field.
