科教融合在化学反应工程教学中的探索与实践——NiO-Fe_(2)O_(3)催化糠醛原位加氢制备糠醇

摘要 作为化工类专业的核心课程,化学反应工程具有承上启下的桥梁作用。目前,化学反应工程存在知识点多且分散、理论性强、综合性强等客观问题,导致学生学习兴趣低,难以建立系统的知识体系,化工素养较低。因此,本文践行科教融合教育模式,以NiO-Fe_(2)O_(3)催化糠醛原位加氢制备糠醇这一科研课题为案例,进行教学改革。通过设计选择反应、制备催化剂、进行反应、分析活性数据、表征催化剂等实验环节,将分散的知识点有机融入案例,激发学生学习兴趣,帮助学生建立知识框架,增强学生的绿色化工理念、创新精神、探究精神、解决问题能力等化工素养。 As the core course of chemical engineering specialty,chemical reaction engineering plays a bridging role.At present,chemical reaction engineering faces some objective problems such as scattered knowledge points,sound theoretical basis,and high comprehensiveness,which leads to students'low interest in learning,difficulty in establishing a systematic knowledge system,and low chemical literacy.Therefore,this paper practices the education mode of integration of research and teaching,by taking the research topic of in-situ hydrogenation of furfural to furfuryl alcohol catalyzed by NiO-Fe_(2)O_(3)as a case to carry out teaching innovation.By designing and selecting reaction,preparing catalyst,performing reactions,analyzing activity data,and characterizing catalyst,the scattered knowledge points are organically integrated into the case.Meanwhile,it stimulates students'interest in learning,helps students to establish a knowledge framework,and enhances students'chemical literacy such as green chemical concepts,innovative spirit,inquiry spirit,and problem-solving ability.
