车身域控制器低频驱动芯片失效研究

摘要 车身域控制器作为整车电气控制系统的核心模块,承担车辆电器功能、加密认证、网络通信等重要功能,其中无钥匙进入及启动系统作为车身域控制器的基础功能尤为重要,其实现了主动进入、离开车辆检测、钥匙定位、防盗认证及低压电控制等功能。钥匙定位是实现这些功能的基础,由低频驱动部分和钥匙组成,其中低频驱动芯片和低频天线构成了低频驱动部分,一旦低频驱动系统异常,车辆将无法启动。基于恩智浦(NXP)NJJ29C2A9HN5芯片,文章重点对车身域控制器低频驱动芯片的失效进行深入研究,并提出解决方案,增加车身域控制器硬件的可靠性。 As the core module of the vehicle electrical control system,the body controller domain undertakes important functions such as vehicle electrical functions,encryption authentication,network communication,etc.Among them,the keyless entry system is particularly important as the basic function of the body controller domain.PEPS realizes functions such as active entry and exit vehicle detection,key positioning,anti-theft authentication,and low-voltage control.Key positioning is the foundation for achieving these functions.Key positioning consists of a low-frequency driving part and a key,and the low-frequency driving chip and low-frequency antenna form the low-frequency driving part.Once the low-frequency driving system is abnormal,the vehicle will not be able to start.This article focuses on the NXP NJJ29C2A9HN5 chip and conducts in-depth research on the failure of the low-frequency drive chip in the body controller domain.Some solutions are proposed to increase the reliability of the hardware in the body controller domain.
