伴随着我国经济的快速发展,出现了一些环境污染问题,对社会经济可持续发展产生了影响,同时影响人民的生活质量。生态环境监测是生态环境保护的基础,是生态文明建设的重要保障。生态环境监测是运用化学、物理、生物等技术手段,针对环境中水与废水、空气与废气、海水、沉积物、土壤、固体废物、生物、噪声和振动、辐射等要素开展环境质量和污染排放的监测(检测)活动,能够了解生态环境质量现状及污染源状况,为生态环境管理部门做出科学的决策提供了准确的数据支持。提高生态环境监测质量,做好环境监测质量管理,才能更好地为社会和管理部门服务。

With the rapid development of China's economy,numerous environmental pollution issues have emerged,impacting the sustainable development of the social economy and affecting the quality of life of the people.Ecological and environmental monitoring is the foundation of ecological protection and an important guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization.Ecological and environmental monitoring employs technical means from chemistry,physics,and biology to conduct monitoring(inspection)activities on environmental quality and pollution emissions,focusing on elements such as water and wastewater,air and waste gas,seawater,sediments,soil,solid waste,biology,noise and vibration,and radiation.This enables an understanding of the current state of ecological environmental quality and the status of pollution sources,providing accurate data support for scientific decision-making by ecological environmental management departments.Enhancing the quality of ecological and environmental monitoring and ensuring the quality management of environmental monitoring are essential for better serving society and management departments.
