摘要
本文将简要论述牙髓干细胞等牙源性干细胞对牙髓牙本质复合体再生的作用,以及细胞外基质蛋白、细胞外信号分子和生物支架材料等在其中可能的调控作用,以期促进干细胞或干细胞衍生物介导的牙髓牙本质复合体修复再生。
This paper will briefly discuss the effects of dental pulp stem cells and other odontogenic stem cells on the regeneration of pulpo-dentinal complex,as well as the possible regulatory roles of extracellular matrix proteins,extracellular signaling molecules and biomaterial scaffolds,in order to promote the repair and regeneration of pulpo-dentinal complex mediated by stem cells or stem cell derivatives.
