Analysis and Discussion on Capability Verification Results of Determination Ability of Preservatives in Cosmetics

通过参与由中国食品药品检定研究院组织开展的能力验证活动,验证了实验室对化妆品中防腐剂4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯的检测能力。实验根据作业指导书及有关标准要求,采用高效液相色谱法对样品进行4-羟基苯甲酸甲酯的定性分析和定量测定。根据能力验证结果报告通知单,本次实验获得满意结果。通过对实验结果进行分析总结,进一步加强了实验人员的专业技术能力。

By participating in the capability verification organized by the Food and Drug Control,the laboratorys ability to detect the preservative methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate in cosmetics was verified.According to the operation instructions and relevant standard requirements,high-performance liquid chromatography was used to qualitatively analyze and quantitatively determine methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate in the sample.According to the capability verification result report notice,satisfactory results were obtained in this experiment.By analyzing and summarizing the experimental results,the professional and technical abilities of the experimental personnel were strengthened.
