Studies are carried out on how power construction enterprises use a safety management grid model to implement a full-staff safety production responsibility system,integrate informatized management technology and intelligent management technology at power construction sites,and achieve grid functions by application of mobile phones.Analyses are conducted on the effectiveness of grid applications and typical problems existing on site,and the safety production management model for power construction projects are optimized,which improves the safety production management system.
