国土空间规划体系下建筑风貌规划的管控要点研究

Study on the Key Management and Control Points for the Planning of Architectural Style under the Territorial Spatial Planning System

建筑风貌是城市风貌的重要组成部分,对于城市形象的塑造和提升有着重要作用。近年来,我国很多城市开展了城市建筑风貌规划的编制工作,但实际工作中仍面临诸多问题。同时,随着国土空间规划体系的建立和不断完善,此类规划仍需要更深入地思考与研究。本研究基于文献研究和城市规划实践,对建筑风貌概念进行内涵梳理,明确国土空间规划体系下建筑风貌规划需要关注的三个核心要点,即风貌定位、管控体系、传导路径。结合东营市中心城区建筑风貌导则的编制实践,探索三个规划管控要点的具体技术方法。

Architectural style is an important component of urban landscape,and plays a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the city’s image.In recent years,many cities in China have carried out the compilation of urban architectural style planning,but there are still many problems in practical work.Meanwhile,with the establishment and continuous improvement of the territorial spatial planning system,more in-depth thinking and research are still needed.Based on literature research and urban practice,the paper sorts out the connotation of the concept of architectural style,and clarifies the three core points that architectural style planning needs to pay attention to under the territorial spatial planning system,namely style positioning,management and control system,and transmission path.Combined with the practice of compiling the architectural style guidelines for the central urban area of Dongying,the paper explores the specific technical methods for three key management and control points of the planning.
