It is an important subject to manage the transmission system path of national spatial planning by the whole chain,which involves the formulation,compilation,implementation,supervision and evaluation of national spatial planning.By analyzing the existing research results and practical experience,this paper discusses the application path of full chain governance in the transmission system of land spatial planning.This paper introduces the basic composition of the transmission system of land spatial planning,including planning formulation,compilation and implementation,supervision and evaluation,and pays attention to the practical path of the whole chain governance in the transmission system.The optimization and improvement of the transition system are discussed.The importance of evaluation and monitoring of governance effect is emphasized.Through regular evaluation and monitoring,problems and deficiencies can be found in time and corresponding measures can be taken for improvement.This paper discusses the role,problems and challenges of the whole chain governance in the transmission system of land spatial planning,as well as possible solutions and future development direction.The whole chain management can improve the scientificity and effectiveness of planning and promote the cooperative operation among all links.The future development direction includes strengthening technical support and application,and carrying out international exchanges and cooperation.This is of great significance for promoting the scientific development and effective implementation of national spatial planning.However,further research and practice are needed to improve the governance model and methods to meet the changing planning needs.
