摘要 本文主要研究基于模糊层次的机械无损检测仪器的可靠性分析。首先介绍了机械无损检测的定义、作用及仪器的分类和原理,以及应用领域。然后重点关注了模糊层次分析在机械无损检测仪器可靠性分析中的应用,包括其基本原理、优势和具体应用。本研究的创新点是将模糊层次分析方法应用于机械无损检测仪器的可靠性分析,并提出了相应的改进措施,可以提高仪器的可靠性和性能。 This paper mainly studies the reliability analysis of mechanical non-destructive testing instruments based on fuzzy hierarchy.Firstly,it introduces the definition,function,classification and principle of mechanical non-destructive testing,as well as its application fields.Then,it focuses on the application of fuzzy hierarchy analysis in the reliability analysis of mechanical non-destructive testing instruments,including its basic principles,advantages and specific applications.The innovation of this research lies in the application of fuzzy hierarchy analysis method in the reliability analysis of mechanical non-destructive testing instruments,and the corresponding improvement measures are proposed,which can improve the reliability and performance of the instruments.
