摘要
本文围绕ABS树脂合成研究方向及反应釜控制要求,重点介绍了反应釜温度控制方案,并对控制方案进行细致分析和对比,实现了国产DCS控制方案优化改造,取得了良好效果并为同类装置提供成功借鉴案例。
This article introduces the research direction of ABS resin synthesis and the requirements for reactor control,with a focus on the temperature control scheme of the reactor.The control scheme is analyzed and compared in detail,and the optimization and transformation of the domestic DCS control scheme is organized and implemented,achieving good results and providing successful reference cases for similar devices.
