摘要
由于受到高频剪切应力,行星变速箱行星轴的止动片易发生疲劳断裂。为提高行星变速箱可靠性,依托有限元建模方法,预测了止动片寿命随厚度的演变,确定了不同厚度区间对寿命的收益。结果表明:有限元模型真实还原了工程中止动片的失效模式,验证了建模方法的可靠性。3 mm止动片在实际工况抗冲击次数约为1.484e+06次,受到冲击的表面所受力的大小为110 N。厚度为4 mm时,止动片最大可承受剪切应力的次数达到5.202e+06次,约为3 mm厚度止动片可承受次数的3.5倍。此外,理想止动片的厚度取值范围是4~4.5 mm。本研究的建模方法和结论为行星传动系统的寿命提升提供了重要参考。
Stoppers in planetary gearboxes are prone to fatigue fracture from high-frequency shear stresses.This paper utilizes a finite element modeling approach to predict the life expectancy of stoppers based on thickness variations,and to assess the iMPact of different thickness intervals on longevity.The results demonstrate accurate simulation of stopper failure modes,confirming the reliability of the modeling approach.In practical conditions,a 3 mm stopper can withstand approximately 1.484e+06 iMPacts with a force magnitude of 110 N.For a 4 mm thickness,the stopper can endure up to 5.202e+06 shear stress iMPacts,which is 3.5 times that of a 3 mm stopper.Moreover,the optimal thickness range for stoppers falls between 4 mm and 4.5 mm.The modeling methodology and findings presented in this paper offer valuable insights for enhancing the durability of planetary drive systems.
