一种机载备用氧气系统用四通装置的设计

摘要 针对机载氧气系统现阶段小型化、轻量化、集成化及安全要求高等的发展需求,介绍了一种机载备用氧气系统用四通装置的设计方法,并通过样机试制、试验验证及随总体试飞,验证了该理论设计方法及有限元仿真的正确性,为后续氧气类产品的工程设计及氧气安全方面的研究奠定了基础。该机载四通装置以阀体为主要载体,通过集成充气阀、高压泄放阀、保压阀、过滤器、气瓶接口及输出口(含单向阀)等,保证各功能的实施,能安全、可靠地流通高压航空呼吸用氧,并能够进行超压爆破释放、防止瓶内压力超标、防止逆流及过滤多余物等功能,同时具有结构紧凑、集成化高、重量轻、密封性好、环境适应性强及与氧气兼容性好等优点,该产品已成功应用于某机载备用氧气系统。 In order to meet the development requirements of the airborne oxygen system,such as miniaturization,lightweighting,integration and high safety requirements,This paper introduces a design method of a four-way device for airborne standby oxygen system,and verifies the correctness of the theoretical design method and the finite element simulation through prototype production,test verification and flight test.It lays a foundation for the following oxygen product engineering design and oxygen safety research.The airborne four-way device takes the valve body as the main carrier,and integrates the inflation valve,high pressure relief valve,pressure holding valve,pressure holding valve,filter,cylinder interface and outlet(including check valve),etc.,can safely and reliably circulate high pressure aviation breathing oxygen,and can be released by overpressure blasting to prevent the pressure in the bottle from exceeding the standard,and has the advantages of compact structure,high integration,good sealing,strong environmental adaptability and good compatibility with oxygen,etc.The device has been successfully applied to an airborne standby oxygen system.
