随班就读学生替代性评估实施路径的行动研究

An Action Study on the Implementation Path of Alternative Assessment for Students Learning in Regular Classes

摘要 随着国际融合教育的发展,替代性评估成为了帮助随班就读学生得到适切学业评价的重要方式之一。本研究扎根本土融合教育情境,通过行动研究法构建了“确定替代性评估的资格与对象—建立调整性学业质量标准—确定与调整性学业质量标准相匹配的评估内容—采用替代性评估策略收集数据—形成替代性评估的评估报告并反馈”的替代性评估实施路径。替代性评估的实施利于随班就读学生充分展示真实的学业水平,提高了教师对随班就读学生的学业期望。通过行动研究,本研究建议完善替代性评估实施的制度保障,提升教师实施替代性评估的理论及技能水平,促进替代性评估的推广应用。 With the development of international inclusive education,alternative assessment has become one of the key innovative practices to help make the academic assessment of students learning in regular classes(LRC).Rooted in the local context of inclusive education,this study constructs the alternative assessment strategy of"determining the qualifications and targets of alternative assessment-establishing the adjusted academic quality standards-determining the assessment contents that matches the adjusted academic quality standards-implementing the alternative assessment strategies"'by means of action research method.This practice can help to fully demonstrate the real academic level of LRC students and raise the teachers'academic expectations of them.The research suggests improving the institutional guarantee of alternative assessment,enhancing the teachers'theoretical and skill level of alternative assessment implementation,and promoting the popularization and application of alternative assessment.
