含布地奈德明胶海绵微填塞在鼻窦鼻内镜术后应用观察

Application of micropacking with gelatin sponge containing budesonide after sinus endoscopic surgery

目的探讨鼻窦鼻内镜术后用含布地奈德明胶海绵微填塞对鼻腔转归的影响。方法符合标准的慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者68例,选取左侧鼻腔作为治疗组,右侧鼻腔作为对照组,治疗组术腔抽取膨胀海绵后予含布地奈德明胶海绵作微填塞,对照组予布地奈德鼻喷剂喷雾,观察术腔黏膜转归情况。结果鼻窦鼻内镜术后用含布地奈德明胶海绵作微填塞,治疗组3月后术腔分泌物减少,鼻腔黏膜反应轻;上皮化明显缩短,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论鼻窦鼻内镜术后用含布地奈德明胶海绵作微填塞明显促进黏膜转归,加快上皮化,减轻术后炎性反应.

Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide gelatin sponge micropacking on nasal outcome after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods The left nasal cavity was selected as the treatment group and the right nasal cavity as the control group.In the treatment group,dilating sponge was extracted from the intraoperative cavity and then budesonide gelatin sponge was given for micro-packing;in the control group,budesonide nasal spray was given to observe the outcome of the intraoperative cavity mucosa.Results The nasal cavity secretions in the treatment group were reduced and the nasal mucosa reaction was mild 3 months after the micropacking with budesonide gelatin sponge.The epithelialization was significantly shortened,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group.Conclusion Microtamping with budesonide gelatin sponge after endoscopic sinus surgery can significantly promote mucosal evolution,accelerate epithelialization,and alleviate postoperative inflammatory reaction.
