糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合鼻炎片治疗变应性鼻炎的效果评价

Effect evaluation of Mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Biyan Tablet in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的分析糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂+鼻炎片治疗的实施价值,研究其在变应性鼻炎患者中的具体方法及有效率。方法本研究选择变应性鼻炎患者70例(符合纳入、排除标准,随机数字表法),选取时间为2022年01月-2023年01月。分为对照组(n=35)、研究组(n=35),其中对照组糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗,研究组联合鼻炎片治疗。结果研究组IL-8、IL-4低于对照组,IFN-高于对照组,对比有意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,数据分析有意义(P<0.05);有效率对比显示,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05。结论糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂+鼻炎片具有积极意义,可有效抑制不良反应及炎症因子,具有较高的治疗效果,可积极推广。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic value of Mometasone furoate nasal spray plus Biyan tablets,and to study the specific methods and effective rates in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods In this study,70 patients with allergic rhinitis(meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria,random number table method)were selected from January 2022 to January 2023.They were divided into control group(n=35)and study group(n=35).The control group was treated with Mometasone furoate nasal spray,and the study group was treated with Biyan tablet.Results IL-8 and IL-4 in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while IFN-was higher than those in the control group,and the comparison was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the data analysis was significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mometasone furoate nasal spray+Biyan Pian has positive significance,can effectively inhibit adverse reactions and inflammatory factors,has high therapeutic effect,can be actively promoted.
