Brandt-Daroff习服法结合倍他司汀对良性阵发性位置性眩晕复位后残余症状的影响

Effect of Brandt-Daroff acclimatization combined with betastatin on residual symptoms after reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

目的浅析良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)开展倍他司汀+Brandt-Daroff习服法治疗对复位后残余症状的影响。方法将80例BPPV患者作为本次研究对象,按照电脑盲选法将其分为参照组(采用倍他司汀治疗)与干预组(额外联合Brandt-Daroff习服法治疗),均组40例,所有患者均于2020.1-2022.11被我院收治,对比两组治疗效果。结果干预前,两组残余头晕持续时间对比无差异,P0.05;干预后,干预组残余头晕持续时间比参照组短,P<0.05:干预前,两组评分对比无差异,P>0.05;干预后,干预组眩晕障碍量表(DHI)评分比参照组低,P<0.05。结论BPPV口服培他司汀联合Brandt-Daroff习服法治疗效果显著,能够有效缩短残余头晕持续时间,改善眩晕障碍程度,值得应用与借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of betastine+Brandt-Daroff on residual symptoms after reduction of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods 80 patients with BPPV were divided into the reference group(treated with betastine)and the intervention group(treated with additional Brandt-Daroff regimen)according to the computer blind selection method,with 40 patients in each group.All patients were admitted to our hospital from 2020.1-2022.1l,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no difference in the duration of residual dizziness between the two groups,P>0.05.After intervention,the duration of residual dizziness in the intervention group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no difference in scores between the two groups,P>0.05.After intervention,DHI score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.o5).Conclusion BPPV oral petastine combined with Brandt-Daroff has significant therapeutic effect,which can effectively shorten the duration of residual dizziness and improve the degree of vertigo disorder.It is worth using for reference.
