鼻窦冠状位CT平扫与轴位CT平扫对鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤诊断价值

Diagnostic value of coronal cT plain scan and axial cT plain scan of nasal sinus in malignant tumors of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses

目的探究鼻窦冠状位CT与轴位CT平扫对鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤诊断价值。方法将2020年1月至2024年1月经我院诊断和治疗的116例疑似鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象。对所有患者均实行鼻窦冠状位与轴位CT平扫,比较两种诊断方式对患者临床诊断价值,比较不同肿瘤侵犯部位临床检出率。结果两种诊断方式均能观察到肿瘤对患者鼻腔单侧侵犯较多。冠状位CT平扫诊断方式的鼻腔单侧侵犯检出率高于轴位CT平扫,冠状位CT平扫诊断方式的诊断效能高于轴位CT平扫(P<0.05)。结论对疑似鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者诊断中实行冠状位CT平扫,诊断价值较高。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the diagnostic value of coronal CT and axial CT in malignant tumors of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.Methods 116 patients with suspected malignant tumors of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the subjects.All patients were treated with coronal and axial CT scan of paranasal sinuses.The clinical diagnostic value of the two diagnostic methods was compared,and the clinical detection rate of different tumor invasion sites was compared.ResultsThe unilateral invasion of nasal cavity by tumor could be observed by both methods.The detection rate of unilateral nasal invasion by coronal CT plain scan was higher than that by axial CT plain scan,and the diagnostic efficacy of coronal CT plain scan was higher than that by axial CT plain scan(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronal CT plain scan is valuable in the diagnosis of suspected malignant tumors of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses.
