持续性人文关怀在电子喉镜检查护理中的应用及对生活质量的影响评价

Evaluation of the application of continuous humanistic care in electronic laryngoscopy care and its impact on quality of life

目的探讨电子喉镜检查护理中持续性人文关怀应用其中的价值。方法2019年2月至2020年1月,本院收入电子喉镜检查者总人数40人,将40例患者按照对照组和实验组的方式进行分类,对照组患者接受常规护理、实验组患者接受持续性人文关怀护理,对两组患者的生活质量评分、患者护理满意度、不良情绪评分、患者护理总有效性、患者健康知识知晓度评分进行临床比较和研究。结果患者的生活质量评分进行比较和分析,临床生活质量评分较高的一组为实验组,P<0.05;患者临床不良情绪评分进行比较,对照组不良情绪较实验组评分相比,实验组不良情绪改善更好,P<0.05;临床中健康知识知晓度更强的一组为实验组,P<0.05;对患者临床护理总满意度进行比较分析,临床护理总满意度更强的一组为实验组,P<0.05;临床护理总有效性更强的一组为实验组,P<0.05。结论持续性人文关怀应用在电子喉镜检查护理中,能够实现临床护理总有效性的提升,并且能够实现患者临床生活质量的评分,改善患者不良情绪,对健康知识知晓度提升有重要的促进意义,实现患者临床护理总有满意度的提升。

Objective To explore the value of continuous humanistic care in electronic laryngoscopy nursing.Method From February 2019 to January 2020,the total number of electronic laryngoscopy patients in our hospital was 40,and 40 patients were classified according to the control group and experimental group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group received continuous humanistic care.The quality of life score,patient care satisfaction,bad mood score,total effectiveness of patient care,patient health knowledge score of the two groups were compared and studied clinically.Results The quality of life scores of patients were compared and analyzed.The group with higher clinical quality of life score was the experimental group,P<0.05;Compared with the score of the experimental group,the adverse mood of the control group improved better than that of the experimental group,P<0.05;The group with stronger awareness of health knowledge was the experimental group,P<0.05;The total satisfaction of clinical nursing was compared and analyzed.The group with stronger total satisfaction of clinical nursing was the experimental group,P<0.05;The total effectiveness of clinical nursing was stronger in the experimental group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of continuous humanistic care in the electronic laryngoscopy nursing can improve the overall effectiveness of clinical nursing,achieve the score of patients'clinical life quality,improve patients'adverse mood,have an important promoting significance for the improvement of health knowledge awareness,and achieve the improvement of patients'clinical nursing satisfaction.
