耳鸣患者应用舒适护理干预对改善患者睡眠质量改善情况的影响

Effect of comfort nursing intervention on improving sleep quality of tinnitus patients

目的针对耳鸣患者舒适护理干预应用的效果及对其睡眠质量改善的价值进行分析。方法2022年1月至2022年12月,本院收治耳鸣患者共40人,将40例样本数据按照对照组与研究组的方式进行划分,对照组患者根据自我意愿,采取常规护理;研究组患者根据自我意愿,采取舒适护理干预。对两组患者的睡眠质量改善情况、患者的不良情绪评分、患者的生活质量评分、患者临床护理总有效性、临床护理总满意度进行比较和分析。结果比较两组患者的生活质量改善水平,生活质量评分经护理干预后明显提升的一组为研究组,P<0.05;两组患者临床中睡眠改善情况分析,睡眠水平在护理后表现较好的一组为研究组,P<0.05;对两组患者的临床护理总有效性进行比较分析,临床护理总有效性较高的一组为研究组,P<0.05;两组护理总满意度比较分析,护理总满意度较高的一组为研究组,P<0.05。结论针对耳鸣患者采取舒适护理干预,不仅能够改善患者的生活质量,同时有效促进了患者不良情绪的改善,对患者临床护理总有效性及满意度提升有较强的促进价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing intervention on tinnitus patients and the value of improving their sleep quality.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,a total of 40 patients with tinnitus were treated in our hospital.The data of 40 samples were divided according to the methods of the control group and the study group.The patients in the control group took routine care according to their own wishes;The patients in the study group took comfort nursing intervention according to their own wishes.The improvement of sleep quality,the score of patients'bad mood,the score of patients'quality of life,the total effectiveness of clinical nursing and the total satisfaction of clinical nursing were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results Compare the improvement level of quality of life between the two groups.The group whose quality of life score was significantly improved after nursing intervention was the study group,P<0.05;According to the analysis of sleep improvement in the two groups,the group with better sleep level after nursing was the study group(P<0.05);The total effectiveness of clinical nursing was compared and analyzed between the two groups.The group with higher total effectiveness of clinical nursing was the study group,P<0.05;Comparative analysis of total nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that the group with higher total nursing satisfaction was the research group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention for tinnitus patients can not only improve the quality of life of patients,but also effectively promote the improvement of patients'bad mood,and has a strong promotion value for the overall effectiveness and satisfaction of patients'clinical nursing.
