耳石症对病人生活质量的影响及护理方法分析

Analysis of the influence of otoliths on patients'quality of life and nursing methods

目的分析耳石症患者实施综合护理干预对患者生活质量产生的影响。方法抽取2020年3月至2021年9月耳石症患者一共100例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法为分组原则将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例患者,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组于常规护理干预的基础上实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者生活质量改善情况、护理满意度、护理依从性。结果观察组护理满意度(96.00%)高于对照组患者(84.00%),差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理干预前两组患者社会功能、心理健康、躯体功能、物质生活状态等生活质量评价指标评分对照组与观察组比较不存在显著差异(P>0.05),社会功能、心理健康、躯驱体功能、物质生活状态等生活质量评价指标评分护理干预后对照组与观察组均升高,观察组和对照组间比较,观察组高于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理依从性观察组高于对照组,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于耳石症患者中应用综合护理干预的临床效果突出,利于改善患者生活质量,得到了患者的满意认可,且能够显著提升患者治疗依从性,可促进患者病情康复,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with otoliths.Methods A total of 100 patients with otoliths from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The improvement of quality of life,nursing satisfaction and nursing compliance were compared between the two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction in the observation group(96.00%)was higher than that in the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing intervention before the two groups of patients'social function,mental health,physical function,the material living conditions such as quality of life index scores in the control group and observation group is there is no significant difference(P>0.05),social function,mental health,physical function,the material living conditions such as quality of life index score control group and observation group after nursing intervention were higher,Comparison between observation group and control group showed that observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with otoliths has outstanding clinical effect,which is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,and has been satisfactorily recognized by patients,and can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients,and can promote the rehabilitation of patients,suggesting clinical application.
