集束化护理在小儿急性喉炎中的应用效果及家长护理满意度观察

The application effect of bundle nursing in pediatric acute laryngitis and observation of parental nursing satisfaction

目的探究在小儿急性喉炎的干预工作中,予以集束化护理,其应用效果及家长护理满意度的改善价值。方法2023年6月-2024年2月是该研究选择病例时段,将我院30例小儿急性喉炎患儿抽取,随机取样法处理;15例纳入对照组给予常规干预,其余15例归于观察组实施集束化护理。结果(1)经与60.00%的对照组护理效果(无效高达6例)比较,观察组患儿护理效果(93.33%)更高显示(P<0.05)。(2)观察组患儿发热消退、气促缓解等指标用时更短(P<0.05)。(3)观察组家长的满意度更高显示,且患儿生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对小儿急性喉炎实施集束化护理,可有效缩短症状缓解用时并提高家长的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of bundled nursing in the intervention of acute laryngitis in children,and the improvement value of parental nursing satisfaction.Method From June 2023 to February 2024 was the selected case period for this study.Thirty children with acute laryngitis in our hospital were selected and treated with random sampling method;15 cases were included in the control group for routine intervention,while the remaining 15 cases were assigned to the observation group for bundled care.Result(1)Compared with 60.00%of the control group's nursing effect(up to 6 cases were ineffective),the observation group's nursing effect(93.33%)was higher(P<0.05).(2)The observation group had shorter time for indicators such as fever resolution and relief of shortness of breath(P<0.05).(3)The observation group showed higher satisfaction among parents,and the quality of life of the children was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing bundled care for acute laryngitis in children can effectively shorten the time required for symptom relief and improve parental satisfaction with care.
