阶段式康复护理在喉癌喉部分切除术后患者护理中对其吞咽功能的影响

Effect of staged rehabilitation nursing on swallowing function of patients with laryngeal cancer after partial laryngectomy

目的探析阶段式康复护理在喉癌喉部分切除术后患者护理中对其吞咽功能的影响。方法选取60例行喉部分切除术的喉癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,按护理模式的不同将患者纳入观察组(n=30)、参考组(n=30)。参考组予以常规护理,观察组在参考组基础上予以阶段式康复护理,对比两组患者护理前后安德森吞咽困难量表(MDADI)评分,对比两组患者术后2、4周的吞咽功能。结果护理后,观察组患者MDADI评分高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后2周的吞咽功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后4周,观察组患者中吞咽功能为I级者人数多于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段式康复护理应用于喉癌喉部分切除术患者中,有助于改善患者的吞咽功能障碍,促进其吞咽功能恢复。

Objective To explore the influence of staged rehabilitation nursing on the swallowing function of patients with laryngeal cancer after partial laryngectomy.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with laryngeal cancer who underwent partial laryngectomy were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were included in the observation group(n=30)and the reference group(n=30)according to the different nursing modes.The reference group was given routine care,while the observation group was given staged rehabilitation care on the basis of the reference group.The Anderson Dysphagia Scale(MDADI)scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared,and the swallowing function of the two groups of patients 2 and 4 weeks after surgery was compared.Results After nursing,the MDADI scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in swallowing function between the two groups 2 weeks after operation(P>0.05).Four weeks after operation,the number of patients with swallowing function of Grade I in the observation group was more than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of staged rehabilitation nursing in patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing partial laryngectomy is helpful to improve their swallowing dysfunction and promote their swallowing function recovery.
