跨学科快速康复护理模式对甲状腺术后患者生活质量及心理状况的价值分析

Value analysis of interdisciplinary rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on quality of life and psychological status of patients after thyroid surgery

目的探讨跨学科快速康复护理模式的应用对于甲状腺手术患者术后恢复效果的影响。方法选取2021年1月~2022年7月期间于我院接受甲状腺手术治疗72例患者作为研究对象,分为观察组(跨学科快速康复护理模式)和对照组(常规护理模式)各36例,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度以及护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者在护理后的疼痛VAS评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、术后下床活动时间、恢复进食时间、住院时间等均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论跨学科快速康复护理模式的应用,有助于促进甲状腺手术患者的术后恢复,对于提高其生活质量和改善其心理状态有着积极的影响。

Objective To explore the effect of the application of interdisciplinary rapid rehabilitation nursing mode on the postoperative recovery of patients with thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 72 patients who received thyroid surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(interdisciplinary rapid rehabilitation nursing mode)and control group(routine nursing mode),36 cases each,to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and SF-36 score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain VAS score,self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,postoperative getting out of bed time,time to resume eating and length of stay in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interdisciplinary rapid rehabilitation nursing mode is helpful to promote the postoperative recovery of thyroid surgery patients,and has a positive impact on improving their quality of life and psychological state.
