萧氏双C联合“三H”立式护理在鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者中应用效果研究

Effect of Xiao's double C combined with"three H"nursing on patients undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探讨萧氏双C联合“三H”式护理在鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月~2022年2月江苏省徐州市邳州市中医院五官科收治的110例鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者,依据护理方案分为对照组(n=58)、研究组(n=52)。对照组采取常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采取萧氏双C联合“三H”式护理;统计两组干预前后焦虑状况评分、术后24h及48h时疼痛程度、住院时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果干预后两组T-AI、S-AI分值较干预前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后24h及48h时VAS分值低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(3.85%)低于对照组(17.24%)(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度(96.15%)高于对照组(82.76%)(P<0.05)。结论采取萧氏双C联合“三H”式护理对鼻内镜鼻窦手术患者实施干预,可缓解焦虑程度,减轻疼痛感,利于降低并发症发生率,促使患者及早康复出院,患者满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of Xiao's double C combined with"three H"nursing in patients with endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods A total of 110 patients with endoscopic sinus surgery in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group(n=58)and research group(n=52)according to the nursing plan.The control group took routine nursing,the research group took Xiao's double C combined with"three H"nursing on the basis of the control group;The scores of anxiety before and after intervention,pain degree at 24 h and 48 h after surgery,length of hospital stay,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were analyzed.Results After intervention,the t-Al and S-AI scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).VAS score at 24 h and 48 h after operation in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of study group(3.85%)was lower than that of control group(17.24%)(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group(96.15%)was higher than that of control group(82.76%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of xiao's double C combined with"three H"nursing for patients with endoscopic sinus surgery can relieve anxiety,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of complications,promote early recovery and discharge,and improve patient satisfaction.
