手术室护理配合在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的优势分析

Analysis of advantages of nursing cooperation in operating room in nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscope

目的探讨手术室护理配合在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的优势。方法选择2021年1月至2022年6月在我院行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的患者98例为研究对象,根据随机抽签法进行分组,对照组(n=49)接受常规护理,研究组(n=49)接受手术室护理配合,对两组患者心理状态、护理满意度、生活质量进行统计比较。结果护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁分值对比不具统计学差异(P>0.05);两组护理后焦虑、抑郁分值均明显低于护理前,P<0.05;护理后,研究组焦虑、抑郁分值均明显低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,对比具有统计学差异。护理前,两组物质生活、驱体功能、心理功能、社会功能分值比较不具统计学差异(P>0.05);两组护理后物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能分值均明显高于护理前,P<0.05;护理后,研究组物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能分值均明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中应用手术室护理配合的效果更好,能够显著改善患者心理状态及生活质量,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To explore the advantages of operating room nursing cooperation in the correction of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscope.Methods 98 patients who underwent correction of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscope in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random lot drawing method.The control group(n=49)received routine nursing,and the study group(n=49)received nursing cooperation in the operating room.The psychological status,nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were statistically compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05);The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups after nursing were significantly lower than those before nursing(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function between the two groups(P>0.05);The scores of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function in the two groups after nursing were significantly higher than those before nursing(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of operating room nursing cooperation in the correction of nasal septum deviation under nasal endoscope is better,which can significantly improve the patients'psychological status and quality of life,and improve the patients'satisfaction with nursing.
