摘要
当前,研究生心理危机频繁发生,伤害事件屡见报端。为从根本上预防研究生心理危机,需要进一步提高研究生心理健康水平。从理论研究和现实情况来看,提升心理健康素养是提高研究生心理健康水平最根本、最有效的途径之一。提升研究生心理健康素养,不仅要考虑个人因素,也要充分考虑学校生态系统中对研究生产生最直接影响的社会因素,比如研究生导师,学校领导、教师以及职能部门的工作人员等。因此心理健康素养的干预需要嵌入到研究生教育的各个环节,从而全面、深入且持久地提升研究生心理健康水平。
Currently,graduate student psychological crises occur frequently,and injury incidents are frequently reported.To fundamentally prevent the psychological crisis of graduate students,it is necessary to further improve their mental health level.Based on theoretical research and practical situations,improving mental health literacy is one of the most fundamental and effective ways to improve the mental health level of graduate students.To enhance the mental health literacy of graduate students,it is not only necessary to consider personal factors,but also to fully consider the social factors that have the most direct impact on graduate students in the school ecosystem,such as graduate supervisors,school leaders,teachers,and staff in functional departments.Therefore,intervention in mental health literacy needs to be embedded in various aspects of graduate education,so as to improve the mental health level of graduate students comprehensively,deeply and persistently.
