共青团改革背景下高校学生有序政治参与路径优化探究

高校学生作为最具政治能量的群体,是推动中国特色社会主义民主政治建设的重要力量,肩负着实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史责任和使命。共青团是始终活跃在高校学生工作第一线的基层政治组织,在引导和组织学生进行政治参与方面具有得天独厚的优势,尤其为政治意见与建议的有序化表达提供了诸多现实路径。新时代背景下,全面认识和正确把握高校学生有序政治参与在制度、能力、环境和动机等方面存在的不足之处,稳妥有序地推进高校共青团改革发展,引领广大高校学生主动参与、积极作为,不断推进有序政治参与路径朝着网络化、多样化、广泛化和长效化方向发展。

As a group with the most political energy,college students are an important force to promote the construction of so-cialist democracy with Chinese characteristics,and shoulder the historical responsibility and mission of realizing the great rejuvena-tion of the Chinese nation.As a grass-roots political organization always active in the front line of university students’work,the Communist Youth League has unique advantages in guiding and organizing students’political participation,especially in providing many practical ways for the orderly expression of political opinions and suggestions.Under the background of the new era,it is nec-essary to fully understand and correctly grasp the deficiencies of the system,ability,environment and motivation of university stu-dents’orderly political participation,steadily and orderly promote the reform and development of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities,call on the majority of university students to take the initiative to participate in and take active actions,and constantly promote the orderly political participation path towards the direction of networking,diversification,extensive and long-term development.
