区域国别学视域下外语人才培养的模型构建与优化路径 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国从参与全球治理向引领全球治理变革和建设的转变,对高质量区域国别外语人才的需求变得日益迫切。面向区域国别学研究的外语人才培养问题备受重视,现有研究多关注学科体系和知识体系构建的问题,但对外语人才规划的研究尚未展开。本文结合国外高校实践经验,基于外语教育规划理论构建区域国别学视域下外语人才的能力需求模型,通过实证调查剖析当前我国区域国别外语人才培养中存在的现实问题,提出外语人才培养的优化路径,以期为我国区域国别外语人才培养体系建设提供参考。 In recent years,China has transformed from a participant to a leader in global governance.This has created an increasing demand for highly competent foreign language talent specializing in area studies.The development of the talent has become a pressing issue in academic discussions.However,the current literature focuses on the construction of disciplinary and knowledge systems,with little attention paid to planning for developing foreign language talent.This study proposes a demand model for foreign language talent from the perspective of area studies.Informed by foreign language education planning theories,this study adopted an empirical approach to investigate the status quo of the development of foreign language talent in area studies.It concludes by proposing suggestions for optimizing the developmental trajectories of foreign language talent in China.
