人工智能产业助力增效宁夏新型工业化发展

Exploration on the Path of New Industrialization Development Enabled by Artificial Intelligence Industry in Ningxia

新时代国家在推进西部大开发和加快推进新型工业化的大背景下,充分发挥西部地区独特资源禀赋和智算基础设施优势,对于全面深入推动人工智能产业发展从而赋能产业体系智能绿色升级具有十分重要的意义。本研究以宁夏为例,在分析国内外人工智能产业发展前沿的基础上,以人工智能产业图谱和企业发展历程为框架,通过系统梳理总结宁夏当前工作基础与成效,围绕夯实基础底座、发挥赋能优势、助力企业转型、支撑产业升级和强化服务保障五个方面,探索性地提出了人工智能产业赋能宁夏新型工业化发展的实施路径和具体措施。

Under the background of promoting the development of the western region in the new era and accelerating the new industrialization,it is of great significance to fully leverage the unique resource endowments and intelligent computing infrastructure advantages of the Western region to drive the comprehensive and in-depth development of the artificial intelligence(AI)industry and empower the intelligent and green upgrading of the industrial system.it takes Ningxia as an example,and based on an analysis of the frontiers of AI industry development at home and abroad,this paper takes the AI industry map and enterprise development process as the framework.By systematically summarizing the current work foundation and achievements of Ningxia,this paper explores a feasible implementation path and specific measures for AI industry empowerment of Ningxia's new industrialization development from five aspects:strengthening the foundation,leveraging the empowerment advantages,assisting enterprise transformation,supporting industrial upgrading,and enhancing service guarantee.
