摘要
随着新质生产力的提出,智能算力服务正迎来前所未有的重要发展契机。发展智能算力服务与发展新质生产力之间存在紧密的内在联系。本文结合新质生产力理论及要素,提出智能算力服务的5个要素框架—场景、模型、算力、数据、人才,并揭示它们之间相互依存、相互促进的作用关系。从“普适性”和“特殊性”两个角度考虑,选择以浙江省嘉兴市为例,根据上述框架对其智能算力服务发展现状进行了分析,认为其已初步具备了上述要素基础,并富有发展前景。基于上述要素框架,围绕科学发展智能算力服务,提出了坚持因地制宜、创新要素结合、避免盲目开发等对策建议。本文的研究成果可为其他城市或地区发展智能算力服务提供有益参考。
With the emergence of new productive forces,intelligent computing services are facing an unprecedented important development opportunity.There is a close internal connection between the development of intelligent computing services and the development of new quality productive forces.This paper combines the theory and the elements of new quality productive forces to propose a five elements framework for intelligent computing services:scene,model,computing power,data,and talent,and reveals the interdependent and mutually reinforcing relationship between them.From the perspectives of universality and particularity,the paper selects Jiaxing as an example and analyzes the current status and prospects of its intelligent computing services development based on the above framework.Jiaxing has initially established the above elements and has promising development prospects.Based on the above framework of elements,this paper puts forward suggestions such as adhering to local conditions,combining innovative elements,and avoiding blind development to promote the scientific development of intelligent computing services.The research findings can provide useful reference for the development of intelligent computing services in other cities or regions.
