数字化转型背景下缝制机械制造行业可持续发展共性需求分析与策略研究

摘要 近百余年以来,中国缝制机械制造实现了从黑头家用机、中低速工业缝纫机、高速工业缝纫机向现代化的电控工业缝纫机、自动工业缝纫机乃至智能工业缝纫机的结构转型和创新演变,逐步形成了全球规模最大、产业链最为完善的缝制机械制造工业体系。进入新时代,缝制机械制造行业面临着新的发展机遇,同样也承受着严峻的行业挑战。上游零部件生产、中游缝制设备制造和下游服装等全产业链正加速推动缝制机械制造产业实现现代化、数字化和智能化。本文结合缝制机械制造领域发展现状,在面向产业现代化和数字化转型的关键阶段,基于发展趋势引发需求的逻辑,重点分析了行业面临的共性需求,分别围绕产品智能化、生产数字化、发展绿色化3个方面进行了重点阐述。 In the past one hundred years,China's sewing machinery manufacturing has undergone a structural transformation and innovative evolution from black-headed household machines,medium-low-speed industrial sewing machines,high-speed industrial sewing machines to modern electric-controlled industrial sewing machines,automatic industrial sewing machines,and intelligent industrial sewing machines.It has gradually formed the world's largest and most complete industrial system for sewing machine manufacturing.Entering a new era,the sewing machinery manufacturing industry is facing new development opportunities,but also suffering severe industry challenges.The entire industrial chain,including upstream parts production,midstream sewing equipment manufacturing,and downstream clothing,is accelerating the modernization,digitization,and intelligence of the sewing machinery manufacturing industry.Based on the current development status of the sewing machine manufacturing field,this paper analyzes the common needs of the industry in the key stage of industrial modernization and digital transformation,focusing on three aspects:product intelligence,production digitization,and development greenization.
