规范化PBL教学法在呼吸内科护理教学中的应用效果

摘要 目的:探讨规范化以问题为导向(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)教学法在呼吸内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2022年2月至2023年2月于郑州工业应用技术学院呼吸内科实习的护理专业学生50名作为研究对象,以随机数字法将其分为对照组与观察组,两组各25例,对照组采取常规带教,观察组采取规范化PBL教学法,对比两组教学效果。结果:观察组带教效果更理想,各评分高于对照组(P﹤0.05),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组带教满意度更高(P﹤0.05),两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:规范化PBL教学法在呼吸内科护理教学中应用效果较为理想,可提高实习护理专业学生理论及实践操作水平,且整个带教过程见习生体现出更为浓厚的学习兴趣,对带教内容及带教效果均较为认可。 Objective:To explore the effect of standardized problem-Based Learning(PBL)teaching method in respiratory nursing teaching.Methods:Fifty nursing students(hereinafter referred to as trainees)who practiced in the Respiratory Medicine Department of Zhengzhou University of Industrial Technology from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group took routine teaching and the observation group took standardized PBL teaching method,and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The teaching effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P﹤0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The satisfaction of teaching was higher in the observation group(P﹤0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:The application of standardized PBL teaching method in respiratory nursing teaching is ideal,which can improve the level of physiological theory and practical operation of interns.The trainees show more interest in learning during the whole teaching process,and they recognize the teaching content and teaching effect.
