健康体检肠镜检查中应用标准化护理对肠道准备效果影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Nursing on Intestinal Preparation in Health Examination Colonoscopy

目的:研究在健康体检肠镜检查中应用标准化护理对肠道准备的影响。方法:选取2020年4月至2023年3月松滋市第二人民医院接收的健康体检肠镜检查受检者86例,采取摸球法分为实验组和对照组,每组43例受检者。对照组受检者给予常规护理,实验组受检者给予标准化护理,比较组间肠道清洁度、临床指标和心理状态。结果:实验组肠道清洁度合格率95.35%,高于对照组81.40%(P﹤0.05)。实验组检查时间(6.33±0.84)min和疼痛程度(2.18±0.41)分,低于对照组,依从性(96.21±2.88)分,高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。护理前,两组患者心理状态比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);护理后,实验组患者自尊(16.64±2.27)分,高于对照组,焦虑(32.24±4.75)分和抑郁(30.22±4.91)分均低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:在健康体检肠镜检查中实施标准化护理,可以提高肠道准备效果,优化临床指标,缓解消极情绪。

Objective:To study the effect of standardized nursing on intestinal preparation in health examination colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 86 healthy colonoscopy patients received from the Second People’s Hospital of Songzi City from April 2020 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group by touch ball method,with 43 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while those in the experimental group were given standardized nursing.Intestinal cleanliness,clinical indexes and psychological status were compared between the groups.Results:The qualified rate of intestinal cleanliness in the experimental group was 95.35%,higher than 81.40%in the control group(P﹤0.05).The test time of the experimental group was(6.33±0.84)min and the pain degree was(2.18±0.41)points,which was lower than that of the control group;and the compliance of the experimental group was(96.21±2.88)points,which was higher than that of the control group(P﹤0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological state between the two groups(P﹥0.05).After nursing,self-esteem(16.64±2.27)scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and anxiety(32.24±4.75)scores and depression(30.22±4.91)scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing in health examination colonoscopy can improve the effect of intestinal preparation,optimize clinical indicators and alleviate negative emotions.
