标准化心脏康复治疗应用于冠心病介入术后患者中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Standardized Cardiac Rehabilitation Therapy Applied to Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Interventional Surgery

目的:将标准化心脏康复治疗应用于冠心病介入术后患者中,并对该治疗方式的应用效果进行分析。方法:选取2020年2月至2023年10月期间于乌海市蒙医中医医院接受介入治疗的110例冠心病患者,依据入院号奇偶不同,将患者分为研究组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组给予标准化心脏康复治疗,对比两组的干预效果。结果:治疗后两组患者的各项心功能指标均有改善;其中研究组的LVEDD与LVESD均低于对照组,而LVEF高于对照组,P﹤0.05;同时治疗后两组患者的各项运动耐力指标均有改善;其中研究组的6MWT、Borg评分均低于对照组,P﹤0.05。结论:对冠心病介入术后患者实施标准化心脏康复治疗,能够有效提升患者的心功能及运动耐力,进而达到延长介入治疗临床疗效及改善生活质量的目的。

Objective:To apply standardized cardiac rehabilitation therapy to patients after interventional coronary heart disease,and to analyze the application effect of this treatment method.Methods:110 patients undergoing interventional treatment in Wuhai Mongolian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to October 2023 were divided into the study group(n=55)and the control group(n=55).The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given standardized cardiac rehabilitation treatment to compare the intervention effect of the two groups.Results:The cardiac function indexes of patients in both groups were improved;LVEDD and LVESD in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P﹤0.05;In the simultaneous treatment,the motor endurance indexes in both groups were improved;the 6 MWT and Borg scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:The standardized cardiac rehabilitation therapy for patients with interventional coronary heart disease can effectively improve their cardiac function and exercise endurance,so as to prolong the clinical efficacy of interventional therapy and improve the quality of life.
