标准化护理干预对老年慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理和心功能的影响

Impact of Standardized Nursing Intervention on Self-management and Cardiac Function in Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:讨论临床护理老年慢性心力衰竭患者时标准化护理的干预效果,以及对患者心功能与自我管理能力的影响。方法:选择2022年10月至2023年10月期间南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的98例老年慢性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,由随机数字表开展分组讨论,对照组49例、试验组49例,分别实施常规干预、标准化护理流程干预,针对组间心功能、自我管理能力及满意度展开分析。结果:干预前,试验组及对照组的心功能比较差异不突出(P﹥0.05),试验组干预后的心功能指标均小于对照组,左心射血分数大于对照组(P﹤0.05)。试验组干预之后的自我管理能力评估得分较对照组更高(P﹤0.05)。试验组患者护理满意度95.92%高于对照组79.59%(P﹤0.05)。结论:对老年慢性心力衰竭患者给予标准化护理干预,可明显改善患者心功能,提高患者自我管理能力,护理满意度较高。

Objective:To discuss the intervention effect of standardized nursing on elderly patients with chronic heart failure and its influence on cardiac function and self-management ability.Methods:A total of 98 elderly patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Nanjing Hospital,Nanjing Medical University,from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.A random number table was used to carry out group discussion.The 49 cases in the control group and 49 cases in the experimental group were respectively given routine intervention and standardized nursing process intervention.The heart function,self-management ability and satisfaction were discussed between the groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in cardiac function between the experimental group and the control group(P﹥0.05).After intervention,the cardiac function indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the left ejection fraction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P﹤0.05).The score of self-management ability assessment after intervention in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.92%,higher than 79.59%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing intervention for elderly patients with chronic heart failure can significantly improve patients’heart function,and improve patients’selfmanagement ability with high nursing satisfaction.
