标准化延续性护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Standardized Continuous Nursing Intervention in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:分析标准化延续性护理干预在精神分裂症患者中的应用。方法:选取2021年5月至2023年7月南京医科大学附属脑科医院收治的42例SCH确诊患者,随机分成对照组和试验组,各21例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予标准化延续性护理,对比两组患者精神症状、服药依从性、生活质量及情绪。结果:护理后,试验组患者PANSS总评分低于对照组(P﹤0.05),试验组患者服药依从性95.24%高于对照组71.43%(P﹤0.05),试验组患者SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P﹤0.05),试验组患者生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:标准化延续性护理在精神心理科中有效性确切,可给康复出院患者提供科学护理服务,强化服药依从性,改善精神障碍症状,优化其生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the application of standardized continuous nursing intervention in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:42 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia admitted to the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from May 2021 to July 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given standardized continuous nursing.Psychiatric symptoms,medication compliance,quality of life and mood were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the total PANSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P﹤0.05),the medication compliance of the experimental group was 95.24%,higher than 71.43%of the control group(P﹤0.05),and the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group(P﹤0.05).The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Standardized continuous nursing is effective in psychiatric department,which can provide scientific nursing service for patients discharged from rehabilitation,strengthen medication compliance,improve symptoms of mental disorders,and optimize their quality of life.
