摘要
盛1618S是湖南杂交水稻研究中心和国家耐盐碱水稻技术创新中心利用Y58S与P88S杂交,后代经过系谱法选择育成的水稻光温敏核不育系,2019年通过安徽省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。该不育系植株矮健,分蘖和抗倒伏能力强,配合力强,米质优良,繁殖制种产量高。利用盛1618S配组的杂交组合盛两优358于2022年通过湖南省农作物品种审定。针对盛1618S矮秆基因和配组亲本选择问题进行了讨论。
Sheng 1618S,derived from the cross between Y58S and P88S,is a photo-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)line in rice developed through multi-generational pedigree selection by Hunan Hybrid Rice Research Center and China National Center of Technology Innovation for Saline-alkali Tolerant Rice.It passed the technical identification by Anhui Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2019.It is characteristic of short and robust plant,strong tillering ability and lodging resistance,good combining ability,excellent grain quality and high yield in multiplication and hybrid seed production.The two-line hybrid rice combination Shengliangyou 358 derived from Sheng 1618S was registered and released for commercial production by Hunan Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2022.The issues on the dwarf gene in Sheng 1618S and the selection of male parents for developing heterotic hybrid combinations werediscussed.
