摘要
江苏里下河地区农业科学研究所利用分子标记辅助选择聚合Pi54、Pid2抗稻瘟病基因以及fgr香味基因育成扬籼7B,然后,用扬籼7B与珍汕97A进行测交,经连续回交转育育成三系香稻不育系扬籼7A。该不育系表现出配合力强、中抗稻瘟病等特点,2017年8月通过江苏省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。利用它配制的扬籼优713、扬籼优719分别于2019、2020年通过广西审定。介绍了该不育系的选育过程、主要特征特性和繁殖技术要点。
Lixiahe Agricultural Research Institute of Jiangsu Province used the method of molecular marker-assisted selection to polymerize the blast-resistant genes of Pi54 and Pid2 and the fragrance gene of fgr into Yangxian 7B,then testcrossed Yangxian 7B with Zhenshan 97A,and successfully developed the aromatic CMS line Yangxian 7A after successive backcrosses.The sterile line showed strong combining ability and moderate resistance to rice blast,and was technically identified by Jiangsu Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in August 2017.The hybrid combinations Yangxianyou 713 and Yangxianyou 719,derived from Yangxian 7A,were registered and released to commercial production in Guangxi in 2019 and 2020,respectively.The breeding process,main characteristics and key technical points of its multiplication of Yangxian 7A were introduced.
