Firstly,the problems and reasons in the construction and development of micro-courses are described,the current situation of micro-course design and development and the micro-course production tools are analyzed through research,and then the advantages of CapCut as a micro-course development tool are introduced.Finally,it is pointed out that the design and development method of micro-course based on PowerPoint and CapCut is conducive to the popularization and promotion of micro-course design and development.
