摘要
文章利用数字化技术构建财务预算管理平台,实现高校财务预算的精细化管理。基于MVC框架设计技术架构,阐述预算管理平台的设计思路和实现方法,设计预算管理平台的部署架构。在业务需求的基础上,设计五大功能模块。针对不同用户,详细分析整体E-R关系图,构建数据库关系表。创建知识图谱整合预算数据,利用Apriori算法挖掘预算编制模块的数据关联规则,识别不合理的预算配置,提高财务预算管理的精确性和效率。
This paper uses digitization technology to build a financial budget management platform to realize the refinement management of financial budget in colleges and universities.Based on the MVC framework,the design idea and implementation method of the budget management platform are expounded,and the deployment architecture of the budget management platform is designed.On the basis of business requirements,five major functional modules are designed.For different users,the overall E-R diagram is analyzed in detail,and the database relationship table is constructed.The knowledge graph is created to integrate the budget data,and the Apriori algorithm is used to mine the data association rules of the budget preparation module to identify unreasonable budget allocation and improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial budget management.
