摘要
在从学校、学生、企业三个层面正确分析学生岗位实习期间思想政治教育存在问题的基础上,职业学校采取调动学生自身内在需求、构建育人新循环、打造思政教育活力共同体等方法,着重通过校企思政导师和创新评价机制两条途径,在需求端、供给端、服务端同步发力,破解岗位实习学生思政教育难题。
On the basis of correctly analyzing the problems existing in ideological and political education during students'post internship from the three levels of schools,students and enterprises,vocational institutes adopt methods such as mobilizing students'internal needs,building a new cycle of education,and building a dynamic community of ideological and political education,focusing on the two ways of school and enterprise ideological and political mentors and innovative evaluation mechanisms to simultaneously exert efforts in the demand side,the supply side and the service side,and solve the problem of ideological and political education for students during post internship.
