摘要
“岗课赛证”融通育人模式是培养适应岗位需求的高技能人才的重要抓手,职业院校在开展此育人模式方面已取得一定成果,但也面临落实难的困境。本文以天津交通职业学院现代物流管理专业为例,结合在“双高计划”中的专业建设、人才培养方面的创新举措,在“岗课赛证”综合育人模式上提出理论课堂教学重构、开展“第二课堂”实践、校企协同育人实践路径,为其他职业院校开展相关研究提供参考。
"Post,Course,Competition,Certificate"integrated education mode is an important starting point to train high-skilled talents to meet the needs of posts.Vocational institutes have made some achievements in carrying out this education mode,but it is also facing difficulties in implementation.Taking the modern logistics management major of Tianjin Transportation Technical College as an example,combined with the innovative measures in discipline construction for high cost and risktraining program,this paper proposes theoretical classroom teaching reconstruction,the practice of"second class"and the practice of school-enterprise collaborative education on the comprehensive education mode of"Post,Course,Competition,Certificate",so as to provide a reference for other vocational institutes to conduct relevant research.
