亚文化视阈下未成年人暴力犯罪问题审视与防控

Review and Prevention of Juvenile Violent Crime from the Perspective of Subculture

当前我国未成年人暴力犯罪问题凸显,《中华人民共和国预防未成年人犯罪法》的修订表明了未成年人暴力行为防控工作亟待加强。未成年人暴力犯罪行为容易受到亚文化的影响,其中校园亚文化、社区亚文化、“暴力式”教育亚文化等,都容易引发部分学生尝试使用暴力手段解决人际矛盾问题。对此,应以介入和防控亚文化蔓延为思路,进一步明确防控主体权责、细化防控措施,逐步形成针对未成年人暴力犯罪行为的综合性防控机制。

At present,the problem of juvenile violent crime is highlighted in China,and the revision of Law of the People s Republic of China on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency indicates that the prevention and control of juvenile violent behavior needs to be strengthened.Juvenile violent crime is easily influenced by subcultures,among which campus subculture,community subculture,and“violent”education subculture are likely to cause some students to resort to violence to resolve interpersonal conflicts.In this regard,based on the concept of intervening in and preventing and controlling the spread of subcultures,by means of further clarifying the rights and responsibilities of the prevention and control subjects and refining the prevention and control measures,a comprehensive prevention and control mechanism for juvenile violent crime should be established gradually.
