摘要
机架是粉末压制成形系统的核心部件,在压制过程中机架的异常振动将对压制成形质量及设备造成直接损害,为了避免异常振动的出现,需要在设计过程中分析机架的动态特性。本文将有限元分析方法引入粉末成形压机的设计过程,采用结构有限元分析软件MSC.Nastran,应用其动力学分析功能——模态分析功能,结合前后处理软件MSC.Patran,完成了对机架设计方案的模态分析,实现了分析动态特性与设计合理性的目的。
The frame is the core part of the powder forming press system.During pressing,the abnormal vibration of the frame will directly damage the forming quality and the equipment.The dynamic characteristics of the frame should be analyzed in the design process to avoid the abnormal vibration.This paper introduces the finite element method into the design process of the powder forming press.The modal analysis function of the FEM software MSC.Nastran is used,and combining with the supporting software MSC.Patran,the modal analysis of the designed frame is completed.The analysis of the dynamic characteristics and design rationality is achieved.
