摘要
针对便携式蓝莓采摘机传动部件寿命短、软轴装卸困难及耗时等问题,对其结构进行优化改进,研制软轴快速插拔装置,实现软轴的徒手快速装卸,采用方孔与方头配合的方式实现传动件的连接。对优化改进前后的便携式蓝莓采摘机进行了对比试验,试验结果表明:优化改进后的蓝莓采摘机软轴装卸用时大大降低,传动部件寿命显著增加,具有更好的推广和实用价值。
Aiming at the problems of short service life of transmission parts,difficult assembly of flexible shaft,etc.,we optimized the structure of the portable blueberry picker.The flexible shaft quick plugging device was developed to realize fast assembly of the flexible shaft by free hand,and the transmission parts were connected by square holes and square heads.The portable blueberry picker before and after optimization was compared.The test results show that the assembly time of the flexible shaft of the optimized blueberry picker is greatly reduced,and the service life of the transmission parts is significantly increased,which has better popularization and practical value.
